If you forget your password you can obtain a new one from the TSAA home page. In the upper left-hand corner of this page there is a Login menu. Just below the fields where you can enter your user name and password, there is a link entitled "Forgotten your password?" When you click this link, a new randomly-generated password will be emailed to you. Use this password to login and then go to the Your Details link in the User Menu to change the password to something you more commonly use.
