Credentials:     Charles is a noted author and instructor in the field of technical analysis.  He has penned numerous books and articles on technical analysis, and has edited and coauthored several editions of what is considered to be a “foundation text” on the subject, Technical Analysis of Stock Trends.

Charles has been investing and trading since the early 1960s, and has developed several computerized programs devoted to trading options, commodity futures, and risk management.

He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University, and a TSAA member.
