William Gibson is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the San Francisco Society of Security Analysts and Technical Security Analysts Association. Bill has more than more 25 years of experience in the markets.

As the Director of Research at Nollenberger Capital Partners, his focus is identifying small-capitalization growth companies and special situations. Before joining Nollenberger Capital Partners in 2003, Bill was managing director at Banc of America Securities, where he covered small-cap growth for three years. Prior to that, he spent nine years covering emerging growth stocks for Cruttenden Roth, six years as a senior analyst with Sutro & Co., and three years as a generalist for Davis, Skaggs and Shearson Lehman. Bill began his research career in 1977 at San Francisco Investment Corp., where he followed growth companies across industry lines.

In 1980-81 Bill appeared on a syndicated radio show (22 stations in the West on the Woodruff Pacific network) and a cable TV show in SF and Marin, “The Investment Connection.”
