| Bruce Fraser and Hank Pruden Bruce Fraser is one of the old dogs of the TSAA. He has served as President, Chairman, and Board member of the organization. In the last sixteen years he has taught various graduate courses on Technical Analysis at Golden Gate University. With Hank Pruden, he co-founded the Wyckoff Course and most recently taught the Strategy and Implementation Course. In his professional life, he co-founded the Pring-Turner Capital Group with Joe Turner and Martin Pring. As portfolio managers, their research emphasis was on the business cycles and industry group analysis. During the past three years, Fraser has been holed up in a remote location as private trader proving that one can trade on the Internet using a dial-up connection. Hank has flushed him out of his hole in the Wyckoff Mountains to give a talk. Bruce wants members to bring an overhead transparency of a stock, group, or market they want to have Bruce and Hank comment upon. Those not covered during the afternoon will be analyzed later by either Bruce or Hank and comments sent to the member.
